Casio DW-290-1V, love this watch and it's a watch for life for me. I would never sell it from my watch collection. Absolutely unique late 80's early 90's design, a polygon case shape like nothing else, kind of reminds me of a fighter pilots helmet? Even the colour of the resin case and strap is unique, it's not black, more of a grey with a slight hint of blue/green. Useful functions from the 3231 module; alarm, stop watch, count down timer and excellent green colour electro luminescence backlight lights up the LCD display beautifully. The soft resin strap is light and comfortable. 200m water resistance and legendary robustness proven in the field by military personal. It's hard to find the exact year this watch was first released, the red border on the display is very reminiscent of the late 80's and early 90's Casio watches.

List price on Casio website is $49.95, no longer available but I believe production ended only recently as many new Casio DW-290 watches can still be found online from sites like eBay. Grab one while you can, the prices will only go up....
